But I am getting a raise at my current job to 8.60/hr. hurray.

Reading neverwhere, it's a good book.

Meeting new people, here and there. School seems to be going well.

Do you think that people are addicted to noise? not just any noise, but man made noise. Can you function without listening to music? and can you remember the last time things were completely silent, I mean completely No television, the sounds cars make, music, the humming of lights NOTHIng. I can't and all this white noise is going to drive me insane someday.

I have so much I can give I'm just looking for some information on who to give it to.

So I never actually talk about what's going on with me, probably because I feel awkward about it but it's my journal right? and fuck what people think:

For starters I have two different eating disorders they vary between anorexia and compulsive eating, I've lost about 40 pounds and I want to keep loosing and loosing and loosing and if you know me you know I'm obsessed. To the point where I havn't gotten my period yet for august. I usually only manage to get between 500 to 700 hundred calories a day, this week I'm buying the most healthy food that I can and I'm making myself eat better still being vegan but a HEALTHY vegan.
Secondly, I hate eating disorders due to they show me how much I'm letting the media get to me and how I feel about myself. Now eating disorders are not a new thing to me I've had a bad anorexia problem between 13 to about 15. I loath myself sometimes, and I was too weak to exercise today but I will tomorrow.
Lastly, I am second guessing myself as a journalist so I am very confused on what I want to do with my life but I guess I have time.

this is the end of my rant, and probably the most personal thing I will share for a long time.

I just wrote the worst essay ever. Half a page long. god what a way to start off english class, and i'm and english major ta boot. I panicked loolz.

Someone shot something out of a car while I was speed walking last night at me. That shit hurt. wtf. I work the circualtion desk now also, which is now a total of three jobs. I rock.

So the job interview went very well, I'm only going to be working there on weekends though (which is awesome still). So on the weekends I will be working at Sarah and Desmond's gourmet bakery and Vegetarian Cafe in Ellicott city.

Job interview tomorrow, no period yet wish me luck with both. thanks.

So my hours are:
Tu- 2:00-5:00
th- 2:00-5:00
f- 12:00-4:30

and dina wants to give me some morning hours on the circulation desk, but still wtf with the hours. Only 10 hours?? I might have to look into other job options.
****edit: not might, I'm going to. I only get paid 6.50 and they are barely giving me any hours, So it's second job time. Application filling out times

The ryan harvey and mark gunnery show was awesome, I would have stayed longer but wasn't really in the mood to be around a lot of people. The Ryan Harvey cd is pretty good as well.

I also found a book on the side of a road last night called Culture Jam- How to reverse America's Suicidal Consumer Binge And Why We Must (It was written by the founder of Adbuster's magazine, which may mean some slight christian content. But It seems interesting for what it's worth). I'm going to read it.

So I am updating

+I purchased my school books.
+I now run everyday, which is awesome.
+I got a pair of size 6 pants the other day, and they have a lot of wearing room.
+I'm thinking about becoming vegan, but it may not happen for a while. But I am cutting out all my dairy products and switching to soy.

+things are going okay.

-I won't be getting that many hours this week.
-my father gets on my nerves sometimes.
+I like coffee.

this post was really pointless, I really never have anything interesting to write I am basically here for the communities and to read the journals of people I enjoy.

Ryan Harvey and Mark Gunnery, along with some other musicians to be announced, are playing a going-away gig at Red Emma's before switching coasts. It's a benefit show for BARC (Baltimore Animal Rights Coalition) and is probably the last show Ryan and Mark are playing in Baltimore until early next year.

August 15 through the 25 I work 8:30 to 12:30 due to the switching of semesters from summer to fall, although I think I may be getting circulation desk training.
It's been a rough night, ants were trying to drop their seed into my hoohaa.

FINALLY got my financial aid figured out
I get about 2000 for classes and 500 for books w00t.

I think I may need to get a gym membership because the gym at the college is only opened an hour a day and during that time I am in classes, poo.

What kind of gym is opened an hour a day?
